Easter 1971.

OH how gabrielle giggled when i showed her a photo of aunt sheri, mommy & aunt jill (aka: The Hardman Girls) at Easter when I was her age in 1971. Here are my sisters and I at our then home in the High Desert. We lived on the Jenkin's Barton Lake Ranch located in Diamond, Oregon ... Eastern Oregon's spectacular Harney County.

So proud of our Zachary! A baby is a gift from God and there is no greater way of thanking Him for His precious gift than on our Baby's Dedication Day! With most of our extended family present (and along with his little cousin Samuel) Zach was presented to the Lord in dedication at Hillcrest Nazarene Church. Palm Sunday, March 16th, 2008. What a truly beautiful day as we continue counting our blessings!

This is so inspiring! A great friend of mine just sent this to me. WOW. notice no bridle on that horse folks. UH-mazing. Even more beautiful is she dedicated this ride to her dad who passed jusst 24 days prior. I'm going to watch it over and over for the times I'm unable to make it up to ride my guy, Amigo, and to experience that particular peace I only feel while riding !!!

our little girl's growing up....

Where does the time go? Well, today we pre-registered our almost 3 year old precious little Gabrielle for preschool at Skinner Montessori School for this Fall. Such a WOW milestone for us. Here is their pre-K curriculum. Gabrielle's teacher will be Miss Gina. She met some of her classmates this afternoon and some of the students and rest of mommy's friends from Skinner. She was really thrilled with the playground most of all though, and she was bummed the school was "not pink" (!) This is the same school where I assisted in preK-K classroom in 2004-05 and, of course, highly reccommend. I am so proud of her. Not to mention we are on day FIVE of complete potty training success! (insert mommy happy dance here)
